St Michael’s Building Appeal

St Michael's is planning to install toilet facilities and a new kitchen area in order to meet the needs of many of our congregation, including those who come some distance for weddings and funerals, and also to make the Church more useable for a wider range of activities. We hope that this will encourage more people, particularly young people, to engage with the Church. 
We are delighted to have received the Faculty (formal permission to proceed) from the diocese, and work to relocate and restore some historic memorial monuments, to enable the new facilities to be installed, will begin in March.
So far over £48,000 has been raised through donations, from individuals and some charitable trusts, as well as a transfer from church funds and fundraising activities such as the Wedding & Flower exhibition, the Salisbury Community Choir concert and the Home Produce stall, run once a month in the South Aisle after the main Sunday service.
